We collect the following categories of personal data: - Name and contact details (phone number, email address); - Property listing information provided by hosts; - Payment transaction metadata (amount, date - card details are processed exclusively by MonoPay); - Coupon/promocode data: the code itself, its value, issuance date, expiry date (if any), usage status, and the email address of the registered user to whom the coupon was issued; - Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Your data is processed for the following purposes: - Creating and managing user accounts; - Facilitating direct contact between tenants and property hosts after payment; - Sending transactional notifications (e.g., payment confirmation, host contact details, refund credited to the bonus wallet); - Managing the coupon/promocode system: issuing, validating, and tracking one-time discount codes; - Improving and securing the Platform; - Complying with legal obligations.

Processing is carried out on the basis of: your consent (Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"); performance of a contract to which you are a party; compliance with legal obligations applicable to Kvarto.

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or as required by applicable law, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction with the Platform, unless a longer retention period is mandated by law.

Under Ukrainian law you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal; lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

We may share data with trusted service providers (MonoPay for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, TurboSMS for SMS) solely to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
